Logement Welgelegen is located right next to the Millingerwaard nature reserve. Because of the Waal/Rhine river, places on the other side of the water may look close on the map, while the actual travel time can be longer. Please check the route and travel time to your destination before booking, so you can be sure our location suits your stay.

The guesthouse is set in an authentic timber-framed barn, surrounded by stately trees. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a stylish bathroom and a private sauna with wellness textiles. Upstairs, there is a cosy living and sleeping area with a comfortable bed, seating area and kitchen. Outside, you can relax on your private terrace or enjoy the view of the historic Heerbaan. From the guesthouse, you can walk or cycle straight into nature. The Millingerwaard, the Gelderse Poort, the Pieterpad and the Walk of Wisdom are all nearby. The Reichswald, Duivelsberg, local castles and cities such as Nijmegen and Kleve also make lovely day trips. Millingen aan de Rijn has a friendly village atmosphere, with shops, restaurants and practical facilities within walking distance. Free parking is available on site. If you are travelling by public transport, Nijmegen station is usually the most convenient option. From there, you can continue by bus towards Millingen aan de Rijn. The nearest bus stop is about 200 metres from the guesthouse.
