Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments.

The exclusive costs (bed linen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs for all guests over the age of 2.

If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property.

Guests can request the following extras (optionally) at an additional charge:

- Extra bed linen (on top of mandatory bed linen): EUR 15.50 per set

- Towel package: EUR 7 per set

- Kitchen linen: EUR 7  per set

- Air conditioning: EUR 12 per day(only on request)

- Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair): free of charge (bed linen excluded) on request

- Pet: EUR 9 per pet per night

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs but will not accommodate other types of pets.

Please note that an extra charge of EUR 34/unit applies when guests request a specific chalet including pet-free chalets, specific chalet numbers or a specific location on the park.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
