These apartments are part of an attractive complex in Scheveningen Harbour only 5 minutes away from Europe's largest and fashionable bathing resort of Scheveningen and only 15 minutes from the city center. This is why this location is ideal for guests who want to explore both the city and beach life. After you have parked your car at your private parking, you take up the elevator to the apartment. When opening the door you will recognize its stylish interior and great atmoshere. Just like the pictures! From the spacious bathroom to the luxurious kitchen and the beach-style-bedroom, it has all been done with care and an eye for detail. So no worries when you wake up and the weather is not so nice. Just spend some time in this apartment. Surf on the internet using the free wireless internet or watch TV from the lazy sofa or your comfortable bed! Feel like cooking? Get the best fresh fish from the ' world famous' local fish shop Simonis. But when clouds dissapear and the sun starts shining again, get out to the endless beach or put on your dancing shoes to enjoy Scheveningen’s nightlife. There is so much to discover!

Neighborhood info

The 2nd harbour of Scheveningen was built around 1930. It was connected to the 1st harbour through a narrow passageway locally known as “the pipe”. In the surrounding area many smokehouses and fishmongers settled. After the Second World War the importance of fishing gradually disappeared and the smaller vessels vanished. Since then the 2nd port was becoming more and more a recreational and tourist area. Today a lot of old harbour related buildings have been replaced by residential buildings, shops and restaurants, attracting thousands of visitors during all seasons of the year. In 2018 this harbour will be hosting the final of the Volvo Ocean Race, a yacht race around the world held every three years. We dare to say that there is no other place in The Netherlands and maybe not even in Europe where tourists will find this unique combination of city culture and beach life on such a small surface.
