We are Nico and Monique Jans. We both have years of experience in the catering and services industry. Nico is retired and Monique has her own company as a trainer in Google Business Profile and website builder in WordPress websites. She works from home, so is usually present or nearby if there are any questions. Hobbies are nature, walking, traveling and reading. Nico loves spotting and photographing planes.

At our holiday home you will experience the comfort of a hotel and the freedom of an apartment. You don't have to drag around with bed linen, towels, kitchen towels. Everything is there and the beds are already made. In addition, the 'basic necessities' are also present, such as coffee, tea, sugar, coffee milk, salt, toilet paper, kitchen paper, oil and vinegar. If the weather is bad, you won't be bored for a moment, there are dozens of books, DVDs, games and a Nintendo Wii console available. Parking is free in the driveway. Even up to 4 cars. The apartment is located in the basement of our house. With its 91 m2, it is a nice, spacious apartment that is ideal for 4 to 6 people. E.g. a family with children, but also a group of friends who want to enjoy activities together. In the hallway where you enter you can: Bicycles can also be parked. Everything is on one level, but to get to it there is a staircase of 6 steps. In the apartment there are a few folders with a lot of information about the area, in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. There are 3 double bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is only open if there are 5 or 6 people and is equipped with a double sofa bed with a spring mattress. Dog surcharge 12.50

The apartment is located in Houthem St. Gerlach, Valkenburg aan de Geul. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by woods. Nature reserve Ingendael is within 1 km. There is something to do for everyone. Shopping in Maastricht, Liège, Aachen, Hasselt, outlet Roermond and Maasmechelen Village. All within a half an hour away. Maastricht with the train even in 12 minutes. We are a 1-minute walk from the station, thus easily accessible by public transport. Further, of course, plenty of hiking and cycling. Walking and cycling routes are available. There are 5 golf courses within 25 km.
