There is a washing machine and dryer in the outside storage room. My husband and I live in the Ruhr city of Herne in Germany. We have an adult son who now lives in Düsseldorf. We have always preferred to spend our vacations in beautiful vacation homes with a private atmosphere. That's why we have lovingly furnished our vacation homes the way we would like to live on vacation. All the houses are personally managed by our family and we have been working with our local staff for many years. During your stay, our property management is always available close to the house.

Please note in advance: Glass bathtub, no whirlpool! The swimming pool is part of the Landal Park, where our vacation home is located, and can be used for a moderate entrance fee. Bed linen (16.50 E per person) and towels (8.50 E per person) are available for a fee. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time fee of 35 E per pet per stay. A 3rd dog is allowed by prior arrangement. We will send you an email about this after your booking. A deposit of 200 E is payable after booking. We offer a detached villa for 6 persons with 130 m² living space, winter garden, plot 570 m², fully fenced garden, large terrace with teak furniture and Weber grill, 2 parking spaces at the house. Our Villa Beach & Sun is completely south-facing and borders directly on a small canal, whereby the garden is separated from the canal by an approx. 1m high fence with gate. It offers a wonderful unobstructed view over the fields and dunes. Villa Beach & Sun has been newly furnished and has been rented out since the beginning of 2018. You will feel at home in our Villa Beach & Sun at any time of year. In summer, a sunny, fully fenced garden, a large wrap-around terrace with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber barbecue as well as the proximity to the beach offer unlimited outdoor enjoyment. Julianadorp is a small quiet village in North Holland, the nearest larger town is Den Helder (6 km), from where the ferry to Texel departs. The area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The beach resort of Julianadorp aan Zee is located directly on the beautiful, wide, award-winning beach and its unique dune landscape. The beach, which stretches over 40 km from Bergen to Den Helder, is 800 m from the park and can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The beach pavilion Paal 6 directly at the beach access is open all year round, another beach pavilion from Easter to the fall vacations. The villas are located in the exclusive Ooghduyne vacation park. The extensive and well-kept park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. Cozy restaurants invite you to eat. There are many worthwhile excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the nearby island of Texel, the Ijsselmeer with its picturesque little towns, Alkmaar or Bergen aan Zee.
