Apartment in fisherman?s cabin on a beach plot close to Åfjorden in Sørbøvåg, a quiet and cozy village with 200 inhabitants. Linen package with towels and final cleaning is included. Smart TV with German and international channels. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be combined to double beds. Access to tumble dryer. Cot available. Only 100 m to beach with a rock, toilet, benches, table and barbecue. Good sea fishing and a great area for cycling or paddling on the fjord. Bicycles and kayaks for rent. Only 20 m to German- and English-speaking staff and extra freezer capacity. Fuel on the quay and a separate covered fish filleting area with light and water outside the apartment. Great hiking opportunities in the area with over 100 marked trails and mountain hikes, including the distinctive mountain Lihesten with a great panoramic view of the landscape. The historic Kvernsteinsparken, a local open-air museum in Hyllestad, is also worth a visit. There is a sonar and Garmin 526s color chartplotter and 6 fishing rod holders on all boats, unless otherwise stated. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancelations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
