NOTE: This appartment is in our house, on the ground floor and is wall to wall with another rental appartment. Flott, liten leilighet (30kvm) for venner, par eller en liten familie med opp til to små barn! Huset er sentralt rett utenfor Kristiansand sentrum. Du leier en egen leilighet som befinner seg i underetasjen av huset vårt. Huset ligger i et koselig nabolag med gangavstand til sjøen og nydelig natur. Det finnes 1 soverom med en liten dobbeltseng (140cm) + en liten sovesofa i stua. Du må kunne gå i trapper. 8 min kjøretur til Kristiansand sentrum, gangavstand til flere strender, og 20 min med bil til dyreparken!

Neighborhood info

Nabolaget er utrolig koselig og barnevennlig og du har flere små lekeplasser i nærheten. 3 minutter gange til sjøen og en nydelig skjult perle hvor vi kan anbefale å ha piknik! Det er mulighet for parkering på eiendommen. Kort vei til busstopp som tar deg direkte til både byen og dyreparken/sørlandsparken.
