The Property This holiday home boasts a spacious combined living room and kitchen area. The living room features two seating arrangements, while the kitchen offers a large dining table with ample space for 10 people. Enjoy TV and internet via 500 Mbps fiber, with a smart TV and Chromecast providing access to channels from across Europe. From the dining room, step out onto a 15 sqm balcony with outdoor seating. A laundry room is conveniently located on the 1st floor, near the entrance. The property includes two Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs), a 17-foot fishing boat, and two kayaks. A "pancake" (inflatable towable for 3-5 people behind the 17-foot boat) is also available. This is a registered tourist fishing business. The boat and SUP are in winter storage from October 1 to May 1. Guest Access Guests have a private entrance and access to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor area and floating docks for swimming and relaxation. A private pier with a filleting bench is available. Please note, the property is not suitable for wheelchairs. The house owner resides on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Other Things to Note This modern villa features water-borne underfloor heating throughout, warmed by a seawater heat pump. The house, built in 1906, underwent a complete renovation between 2015 and 2022, with a new kitchen installed in 2021.
