This memorable place is anything but ordinary. 92km away from Ålesund, under the tall pine trees hides a tiny forest cabin with an amazing panoramic fiord view. The life in the cabin is simple without running water and with an outdoor toilet, but you can start your cabin experience after you will take a refreshing shower in the main house, where you will also park your car (or bike). 5min walk upwards from the parking lot. The forest house is built on unisolated rock walls, and kind of hangs above the natural forest bed. There is a fireplace on which you can cook simple meals. Cabin can be heated with both wood burning stove and electricity. The bathroom in the main house is completely separated from our private living unit and is available at all times just for you during your stay. Main room contains one sleeping sofa and a loft part with two mattresses (90cm and 120cm). You have to have sleeping bags and towels with you. Don’t forget drinking water. Bed linen can be provided for an additional cost. The climbing part to the loft is somewhat advanced and a good physical abilities are necessary. There is small rattan table with 4 chairs inside. Writing desk. Spacious and private terrace is equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, outdoor seating area. You will find some books and games inside the cabin for your quality time with friends and family. There’s also a water kettle, cups and wine glasses. Even though our cozy cabin doesn’t have running water — instead, you’ll find a beautiful, fresh forest river just steps away, perfect for cooling off, washing up, or simply enjoying the sound of flowing water.
