Fin enebolig med idyllisk hage i rolige omgivelser på Spjærøy. Kun 400 meter fra sjøen. Huset inneholder 2 soverom, åpen kjøkken/ stue løsning og bad i 1.etasje. 2. etasje har loftstue med 1 seng og plass til en ekstra madrass (til barn). Huset er helt nyoppusset med nytt lekkert kjøkken med kaffemaskin, stekeovn, induksjons-topp, oppvaskmaskin og Quooker med kokende vann + isvann i kranen. Spiseplass inne og ute til 8 personer. Flott sydvendt terrasse på 77 m2 med nydelig hage og fine solforhold. Ute-møblement/ spiseplass beregnet for 8 personer. 2 stk. solsenger er også tilgjengelig. Huset er under oppussing og vi legger ut nye bilder fortløpende. Møbler/ interiør inne og ute blir nytt - ikke som på bildene her. Boblebad ute medfølger ikke.
