Grand Villa Stavanger is family run. We try to keep in close contact with our guests, and we live nearby, so we can quickly assist if there are special needs, or you just need some advice. If you want to go to Pulpit Rock or Kjerag, we can arrange guide and transport for you. We can also arrange pick-up at the airport, ferry terminal or train station.

Property info

Grand Villa Stavanger is an Art Deco Villa from 1930. It has three floors, each a separate apartment with different styles: - The 1st (ground) floor has a modern style, it has two large bedroom that can take up to three guests each. There is a large terrace connected to this apartment, with table and chairs and barbecue facilities. - The 2nd (UK: 1st) floor is in a classic style with an open fireplace and original hardwood parquet flooring. It has two large bedrooms that can easily accompany three in each. We have extra beds if needed. It has a balcony ideal for sunbathing or a snack in the sun. There is also a small barbecue there. - The studio apartment has carpets on the floors. It has two alcoves, one with a double bed and two single beds in the other. Please not that this is a simpler, more BnB style apartment. The stairs to the loft are quite steep. Children and elderly must take precautions.

Neighborhood info

Våland is considered one of the best neighbourhood in Stavanger. It is very central, and just a short walk to the city centre, museums, cafés and public transport. There is even a bakery next door where you can get fresh bagels in the morning.
