Near to Stavanger City center, Spacious room with Balcony. Access to Shared TV lounge, bathroom and entire kitchen. Large room near balcony, access to the room via stairs, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, shared living room. This is a private apartment in a building complex with a private room on the upper separate portion for 1-2 guests. We only have one king size - double bed (140x200 cm) for 2 adults. And room also has an extra Twin bed (90x200 cm) for a extra 1 guest or your friend or your child. Be remindful that owners lives at the same property in 1 of the room at lower section and trust your stay with them.
Newly renovated apartment, 2 bedrooms (1 on lower section and 1 on upper section), 1 bathroom. Hosting in 1 of the rooms at the upper section. Owner/Host stay in 1 of bedrooms on the lower section, while Guest will stay at the upper section in the same apartment. We hope this information helps you assess whether it is something you would like to rent. If you are coming as a tourist, as a student, as a seasonal worker, a couple, two friends, or for a short conference/seminar, looking for accommodation with a fair price & next Stavanger Sentrum. This might be your place to rent. This is a home away from home. And we like to keep our place clean, hygienic, tidy and presentable. We like giving people space and privacy (and vice versa), and if people would like to interact then we have a big heart.
Our part of place is famous for summer baths in pool, and sauna baths in winter, that's why it is called badedammen, and of course business areas, famous food and cultural Peders gate (food street), near fiery service, oil industry hub, and it is the heart of the downtown.
