This is a large house built maybe around 1850, renewed in 1925 and renewed again in 2011. Now with big new and modern kitchen and two modern bathrooms with shower. Much of the house in old traditional Norwegian style for houses of wood. A fantastic view over the valley and the lake from the house. And it is place at the border of a wild area with protected nature. Perfect for hiking for families and for advanced professional climbers as well. Good fishing conditions. Boats may be rented.
I am a retired priest who now owns the farm in this valley. I like to introduce this very special place for people who love to stay in the clean nature and find peace by listening to the sound of the birds and the waterfalls.
This area is for people who like to stay away for the busy life in the cities for a while. Here you will not find any restaurants. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the only little shop that exists here and sell just the basic groceries. Here are no museums built by humans, only the huge and wild nature, built by the Creator himself.
