The host live close to the cabin and will meet you upon arrival to hand over keys and guide you through the rooms. The host will also be available during your stay for any assistance

Imagine a few days where you can enjoy the silence and the fantastic view of Ranten (Soria Moria mountain), Norefjell and the valley below. The cabin was built in 2025 with modern amenities, and is the perfect starting point for both winter and summer activities. There is a road right up to the door with parking space for 2 cars. More can be parked by arrangement. There is a toll road of NOK 60 per passage that is paid online. Electric car charger is available, but not included in the rent. We also have 2 offroad electric bicycles for rent by arrangement. The cabin has a stylish interior with everything new in 2025. The three bedrooms, hall and living room with access to the terrace provide comfortable space for everyone. Outside you can enjoy the terrace, which is ideal for relaxing after an active day. The west-facing terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset Eggedal offers a wealth of activities and experiences all year round. From the cabin you have direct access to hiking and cross-country skiing trails, or you can head over to the ski resort at Bøseter and Norefjell.

383 / 5 000 Sigdal and Eggedal have a lot to offer. Both the home of Th. Kittelsen and Skredsvig are located here. Borgerstua offers local food. There are hiking and cycling trails that are easily accessible. The Høgevarde tourist cabin is also worth a visit. You will find marked trails all over the mountains, where you may be lucky enough to encounter wild reindeer. The grocery store in the village is open 24/7.
