Practical and spacious cabin on Strandafjellet. The cabin consists of 5 bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate toilet room. Open-plan kitchen and living room, where the fireplace in the living room provides a warm atmosphere on cold winter days. In addition to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor of the cabin, there is also space for a home/cabinoffice with 2 external screens. There is free internet access throughout the cabin. In addition to the hallway, the cabin has a heated practical storage room at the entrance for drying and storing ski equipment. An extra refrigerator is also available here. Around the cabin there is a large plot and a large terrace for use both summer and winter. Plenty of space for parking several cars on its own plot.
In wintertime, the area invites you to ski, skate and sledge. Whether you prefer cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, snowboarding, powderskiing or randonee, there are opportunities for everything here at Strandafjellet. There is also a great children's area in the alpine resort, as well as an ice rink for a change. If the weather is not quite on your side, you will find a swimming pool at the hotel in the city center, a bouldering facility by the ferry dock and a golf simulator for those who are interested. On the mountain, there are 3 restaurants available when the entire resort is open, as well as a self service restaurant for those who prefer to bring their own food. In summer, the possibilities are endless for both easy and demanding trips, and the Gondola up at Roalden and the Fjord panorama restaurant are open for much of the summer.
