The cabin combines comfort and simplicity, with large windows facing the fjord and mountains. It has direct access to the sea and is a great starting point for hiking. There is a garden outside of the house, and a local shop within walking distance (10 min). The location offers closeness to nature while still being a central base for exploring some of the most beautiful places on Senja.
I’m Sigrid, and I love welcoming guests to my cozy cabin on beautiful Senja. I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, and creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere where guests can relax and feel at home. Hosting allows me to share the peaceful surroundings and local charm of Senja with others.
The cabin is located in the charming village of Skaland on the island of Senja, surrounded by dramatic mountains, white sandy beaches and the famous Senja Scenic Route. Nearby you’ll find stunning viewpoints like Tungeneset and Bergsbotn, perfect for photos and sunset walks. On clear winter nights, you can often see the Northern Lights dancing across the sky right from the garden
