Timblalodgen is a spacious and modern mountain lodge located in Sogndal Skisenter, surrounded by spectacular Norwegian nature. It’s the perfect base for exploring some of Western Norway’s most famous attractions – including the Sognefjord, Jostedalsbreen glacier, the UNESCO-listed Nærøyfjord and the popular village of Flåm. The lodge offers ski-in/ski-out access in winter and fantastic hiking opportunities in summer. After a day exploring fjords and mountains, you can relax in a cozy living room with fireplace, enjoy the sauna, or take in the views from the terrace. Ideal for families and groups, the property can accommodate up to 26 guests and can also be divided into separate units for smaller groups.

The area around Sogndal is known as one of the best bases for exploring the fjords of Western Norway. Within driving distance you can experience: Flåm and the famous Flåm Railway (Flåmsbana) Nærøyfjord (UNESCO World Heritage) with fjord cruises Scenic routes along the Sognefjord Jostedalsbreen – the largest glacier in mainland Europe The region also offers year-round activities such as skiing, hiking, cycling and kayaking. Compared to staying in busy tourist hubs like Flåm, this area offers more space, tranquility and authentic nature experiences.
