Fantastisk sted å bo, elegant bolig med moderne standard og gode fasiliteter med hele huset til disposisjon. Huset har utsikt over fjorden og ligger rett nedenfor Kleivavegen. Det er en praktfull panoramaglassutsikt fra huset ut over fjorden både fra innsiden og utsiden av boligen. Eiendommen ligger i et rolig boligområde nær sentrum. Sentrumsidyll med panoramautsikt. Et perfekt oppholdssted for å utforske nærområdet Trolltunga, Buerbreen, Blndhusvatnet, Odda-varden, Steinavatnet, Ruklenuten.
