Sushila Sapkota is primarily a social worker who wears many hats. She currently runs ventures such as Bagaan Villa Homestay, From Ilam with Love, and Hariyali Travel Agency, while also heading the Tourism Committee of Ilam Municipality, Ilam. In the past, she has served as President of The Federation of Women Entrepreneurs’ Associations of Nepal (FWEAN), Ilam, as well as President of the Federation of National Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI), Ilam Chapter.
