Property info

Renovated in 2006, this home is located in the central part of the village and is very handy to the Thermal Pools, shopping area and nature trails. Inside, the home has been beautifully renovated with quality furnishings and chattels provided. The heat-pump will keep you toasty warm in winter and cool during the hot summer months. Electric blankets are provided on all the beds. In the lounge there is a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix alogn with unlimited Wi-Fi. The bathroom has been beautifully tiled and features gas water heating. Outside the house has a large, sunny deck with outdoor furniture and the entire property has gorgeous gardens throughout. There is off street parking available but the carport is currently in use for storage.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
