305 in the Vines offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Havelock North’s wine country. We have four beautifully appointed, modern villas, each featuring two bedrooms — one with a comfortable king bed and the other with a set of bunks, perfect for families or groups. We also have a private studio with a king bed for couples seeking a cosy escape.
Check-in is via secure entry code, sent the day before arrival. Once here, you’ll discover the privacy and relaxation of your own space, complete with stunning vineyard and mountain views. Our property also has sheep and chickens on site, adding to the charm of your stay.
I’m Nicki, and together with my husband Greg, we live onsite and are always available if you need assistance. We love welcoming guests to our slice of Hawke’s Bay and are more than happy to recommend the best local wineries, restaurants, and activities. At the same time, we respect your privacy and ensure your stay is as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Located in the heart of wine country, 305 in the Vines is just minutes away from some of Hawke’s Bay’s best-known vineyards, including Craggy Range and Black Barn. The vibrant village of Havelock North is close by, offering exceptional eateries, boutique shopping, and a warm community atmosphere. Ocean and Waimarama beaches are a 20/30 minute drive away.
