This charming, recently renovated A-Frame style property is perfect for a place to relax while on business, or as a hideaway while exploring Dunedin. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen or unwind with Netflix & Disney+ in the spacious living area. The spacious bedroom, located in the "loft area" upstairs, boast great views of the city and harbour and flexible bedding options. All within a stone's throw from the city centre!

We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafe's and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre.
