It is just so nice to enjoy the Ocean views to take time out and enjoy the nice walkways along the Sea. The location is just so handy to Caroline Bay or our downtown area with Cafe's and restaurants and shops. The new amazing adventure Playground on Cbay is walking distance and so is Cbay Aquatic centre. Tennis centre and Penguins also on coastal walkway that passes the property. Supermarket and Fast Food chains all just a 2 min drive.
We are a family of 6 that thoroughly enjoy living in Timaru, by the ocean. and the Alps as a back drop! Its just the right size for a great community!
