Total quality, space & comfort. Unlimited WIFI, Sky TV, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 levels of WOW factor views. Ideal location for any visit. Connected to coastal walkway which takes you past beaches, bike park/velodrome, sports grounds/4km Golf course. 1.5km Parklands shops/4.3km to NP airport/8.5km to city.

A very quiet safe neighborhood, with close proximity to Parklands where there is a supermarket/shops/cafes - walking distance or a 3 min drive away and a further 6 mins to our main Mega Valley in Waiwhakaiho, New Plymouth/4 mins to Ngamotu Golf course. We are 4.3km away or a 5 min drive to the domestic airport. Cars can be hired from this airport. New Zealand is left hand wheel driving.
