Kick back and relax in this calm, tranquil space with the sounds of the ocean and birds gently whispering in your ears. The studio apartment is separate from the main house and is located 3 minutes walk from Carter's Beach and Donaldo's Restaurant. Its a 5 minute drive to Westport Town Centre that has many bars and restaurants and Cape Foul Wind, home of the Seal Colony. is only 15 minutes away. The Kawatiri Coastal Trail, for those who enjoy a family friendly walk around the West Coast is only steps away and the charming 18 hole Westport Golf Club is almost at the end of the road. There are endless fishing, kayaking, surfing options for the energetic and countless quiet beaches to lay out with a good book. The space is a newly renovated open plan studio apartment with en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped including tea an coffee. Towels and bed linen are also provided. The studio is located at the front of he property with its own under cover area and parking spot directly outside
