The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area offers ample space to relax, with a balcony overlooking the city. Downstairs are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with dual access, which serves as the main bathroom and ensuite for the master bedroom.

Situated in a private setting amongst other residential units on the cusp of a commercial area in Dunedin Central. We are set back of the street in an area that ensures you have peace and privacy, but are also on the doorstop of town, with reasonably easy walkable access to multiple local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues. The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.
