Black Barn Escape is a stylish, private retreat perched above Nelson, offering stunning sea views and tranquility. **NOTES: The pullout single bed in Bedroom 2 and the pullout sofa bed in the mezzanine are only set up if requested in advance. The Bedroom 4 is a separate apartment within the main structure of the house. This room provides a Queen Bed, Kitchenette, Ensuite and has external access from the main house as well as the parking area. Fall hazard - Please note the retaining wall along the rear property is greater than 1m in height and does not have a railing. Please do not allow children to roam above the wall. Apartment - Please note that Bedroom 4 is a separate apartment within the main structure of the house. This room provides a Queen Bed, Kitchenette, Ensuite and has external access from the main house as well as the parking area. Spa Pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
