Our property is located up a shared driveway, set on a beautiful one acre section. We have a very established garden in a very private quiet location. Our accommodation is detached from the main house where guests will enjoy there own piece and quite. Jared and I will be available at anytime to answer your questions.

Jared and I both work in Balclutha. Jared is a business owner and Karla works part time. We have two children Paige (6) and Taylor (3) who keep us busy. We both enjoy biking and travelling overseas. In recent years we have travelled to South Africa, America, Canada and shortly we will leave on our family holiday to Australia. During the winter Jared is a keen follower of the local rugby team.

Balclutha is a friendly rural town with about 17,000 people that live in the Clutha District. We couldn't have picked a more safer and quieter street to live on. The Rosebank shopping centre is a 5 minute walk where the local Foursquare, Chinese Takeaway, Butcher, Highway Dinner and Laundromat are located. Enjoy a walk along the riverbank and take in the view of the Clutha River, the entrance to the walking track is at the end of our driveway.
