Was a former post office converted to a residence. Studio apartment large includes - King sized bed, Sofa, TV, coffee table, tables, chairs, kitchenette facilities including airfryer, microwave, toaster and toasted sandwich maker with tea and coffee making. Electric Airbed available (king single) pump up and down, suit child or young adult.

Lives upstairs in separate apartment.

There is a regular bus service to town on North Rd & a bus stop 1 minute walk use bus app "Transit". Gardens village (1.4km) has a New World Supermarket, Chemist shop and a cafe as well as other eateries thereabouts. The Octagon or City Centre is 3.5km. A 50m walk north leads to the bottom of Baldwin Street the steepest street in the world. Walk up it to get a great sense if achievement.
