About this space All the bars, cafes, and restaurants are right on your doorstep, and a supermarket is on the corner. What more could you possibly want? A compact apartment, more suitable for the budget-orientated, younger crowd. With the master bedroom upstairs and another bedroom downstairs it's perfect for the couple with teenage kids. The very popular Kaiteriteri Beach with its golden sands is 15 minutes away. The Abel Tasman (the jewel in our crown) is 20 minutes away. The space ♥Have both stories to yourself ♥New paint and carpet (1-year-old) ♥Unlimited Internet ♥Unlimited Netflix HD and YouTube and Spotify ♥Very central location. ♥All the cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. ♥Supermarket on the corner ♥Wholesalers across the road ♥Kaiteriteri beach 15 mins by car ♥Abel Tasman 20 mins (Marahau) ♥Nelson is 35 mins (with all the boutique wineries and arts and crafts in-between) ♥Mapua Wharf 15 mins. ♥Nelson Lakes 1 hour ♥Golden Bay 1 hour ♥Secure parking The property is very convenient in the center of the CBD, so If you are wanting to wake up to green meadows and bird songs this is not the place for you. Guests will have access to both stories of the building. Other things to note While this place is very convenient, it is close to a road and next to a tyre fitter. I'm a light sleeper and have no problem sleeping there at all. Pets are welcome but there will be extra charges.
