There is plenty of firewood but we can get the first fires ready for you on request. Parking: There is a carport and parking for 2 other vehicles on the property. Access: On-site lock box. The code will be sent to you on the day of check-in. Wi-Fii: Free ultra fast unlimited - password is on the bottom of modem TV with Chromecast (not a smart tv) Kitchen: Well equipped - pots/pans/utensils/cutlery and crockery for 6 Fridge, toaster, microwave, oven/stove and nutribullet Consumables: Basic starter items are provided for your assistance such as coffee, teabags, toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid - for a short stay (2 days). Linen: One set of linen is provided. Washing machine available and an outside clothesline and a clothesline under the carport. There is also a drying rack. Please note: There is no dishwasher or dryer. There are two clotheslines (one under carport) and a drying rack. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house and property, apart from the locked storage shed. If you stay longer than a week someone will come to mow the lawns.

I live in rural Gisborne with my partner Steve. My son has flown the nest and off at University. After 34 years as a social worker I am now filling my life with with creativity: including painting birds, growing gourds, cottage gardening, pottery, upcycling furniture and photography, most of which you will find at the villa. Most Wednesdays I am at a local collective shop "The Aviary". If you are staying come in and say hi! (35 Childers Road).
