Clutha Views BnB is ideal for visiting families or sports groups, Business trips and accommodating staff members. When booking for work groups and staff accommodation you will need to book one room per staff member ie ....2 staff members please book 2 rooms { there is only one queen bed in each room } When you book this house you wont be sharing with anyone else , you have the use of the entire house. We are a spacious 3 bedroom fully self-contained home away from home built in the 1970s and styled in a sympathetic style. The kitchen is fully equipped & on gas. There's a washing machine and drying racks for clothes. The beds have electric blankets feather duvets & pillows , woolen blankets & plenty of towels are provided. Prime , Netflix and internet is provided, the lounge is a comfortable area to relax. There's plenty of off St parking available. You're 2 minutes from town , 2 supermarkets are close by plus a assortment of takeaway and restaurant options. The local golf course is just up the street from us ,the local swimming pool opens at 6am -8pm week days. The shower is on gas ,shampoo,conditioner and body wash is provided , hair dryers are in bedroom draws. Robes are provided in the bedrooms. You're welcome to smoke outside in the garden. Buckets are provided.

The BnB is set in a quiet suburb with views over the Clutha River , the township and Farm paddocks. Its a 1 minute drive to the Golf Course and close to town. Balclutha is the gate way to Kaka Point and the Caitlin's 20 min to Clinton and 45 min to Gore and one and a half hours drive to Invercargill.
