Coastal Chic - Sea Views Ideally located just a short stroll up the hill from Pohara beach and cafes, it's designed to make the most of the stunning sea views from almost every room. Five sets of bifold doors lead to the sheltered deck, great for year-round indoor/outdoor living. The coastal chic interior is spacious, sunny and modern, featuring two beautiful bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Just a 5-minute walk to popular Pohara beach, shop and cafes, it’s elevated enough to enjoy an amazing outlook and yet so close to everything. Gateway to the Abel Tasman, with walks, tennis, golf course and boat launching just around the corner. Driving times: 10 minutes to Takaka (supermarkets etc), 5 mins to excellent swimming at Tata, 15 mins to start of the Abel Tasman National Park at Wainui, and 2 mins to the port and boat ramp. A wealth of opportunities, including scenic bush walks, art trails, golf and year-round fishing. The whole house and expansive decks with bay views are yours to enjoy. Off-street parking for the car and boat. Please note, this property is not suitable for young children due to the steep bank in front of the house.
