The couch and sun drenched deck are waiting! Modern and comfy 3 bd 2 bth house. Pin coded access. Easy access to SH3, and shops. Fully fenced in a quiet col-de-sac of a new subdivision. Master bedroom: super king bed, heat pump, walk in wardrobe and en suite. The main bathroom features a deep bath, toilet is separate. Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, and ninja air-fryer/steamer/pressure cooker, coffee machine and grinder, plunger. Smart tv for Netflix/apple tv etc. Office nook in hallway.
I now live outside the region but remain available to contact should you have any issues. Sometimes my work means I am without reception for parts of the day, so please contact more by text if calls don't go through. My local support may be available if something goes wrong.
This is a new subdivision and the property is at the end of a cul de sac. Neighbours are friending and there is a great sense of community, with someone always nearby. The shops and supermarket are a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk. The state highway is two corners away for easy access to New Plymouth.
