Cosy and quiet 2 bedroom Cottage with full kitchen, shower bath, washing machine, TV, heat pump and outdoor space. Brand new Queen Mattress in the main bedroom and one single bed in the second bedroom. Portacot and high chair available on request. *Please note that the cottage has an open plan studio feel with the master bedroom. Please consider this when booking for your group as it may not be suitable if you require lots of privacy. *The Cottage has 3 internal stairs - a baby gate is provided, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 2km from great walking and riding trails and the Redwoods. It is an easy ride from the cottage to the Forest. 10min drive to the lakes Less than 5km to the Town Center with Rotorua Lakefront, Eat Street, Supermarkets, Shopping Center and Hot pools. The cottage is a separate 2 Bedroom space. We live on site in the main house with 2 children. We also have a cat and friendly chickens. We will do our upmost to give you you're privacy. Please be aware we will pass the Cottage to access our car and front door.
We have lived in Rotorua for 6 years - opting out of the rat race in Auckland City. We love Mountain Biking and being active in the forest and living life with our kids
