Our apartment is in a block of 12 in the heart of Timaru city.The building is an older iconic Timaru structure with 12 spacious self contained apartments . Our apartment has a beach theme and is very comfortablly appointed. It enjoys privacy with a great view and walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars Timaru has on offer and of course Caroline Bay is right across the road.
