Elliot Street Gem is ideal for couples or small groups (up to 6 guests). There is much to love about this home & it's location. It's a fantastic central city base for those that will enjoy heading our for sumptuous cafe brunches or restaurant dinners, exploring the galleries & markets on foot or venturing around the city by bicycle! Please note that the Bedroom 3 is a stand-alone sleep-out in the back garden. One off-street car park is provided. Additional parking is available on this quiet street. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

The home is located in a recognised heritage precinct where the majority of homes are lovely character homes & villas with classic styling & constructed with some of New Zealand's most beautiful timbers. The neighbourhood is also close to event venues such as Trafalgar Park & Trafalgar Stadium, Nelson's Saturday Market & the ever-busy Trafalgar St.
