The Windhover Estate features four beautifully appointed suites, which can be booked individually or together for larger groups: The Residence – Our largest suite, complete with a private courtyard, expansive kitchen, dining room, living room, library, media room, and office. Vineyard Suite – Separate entrance, full-size kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), and workspace. Poolside Seaview Suite & Seaview Suite – Both feature ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, microwave, and private entrances. Please note: The Seaview Suite includes a sink. Portable induction cooktops are available on request. All suites share exclusive access to: Swimming Pool with Stunning Views Spa Pool & Sauna Outdoor Fireplace Shared BBQ Facilities Expansive Lawn and Deck Areas Extra Features Guests can also rent the Beach Bach, located at The Waters, for private use or small celebrations—perfect for creating special memories. Dining Please note there are no restaurant facilities on-site, but guests will find excellent dining options in nearby Motueka and Mapua, both just a short drive away. Hi, we’re Lou and Aiden — a Scottish/Kiwi husband-and-wife team managing both The Windhover Estate and The Waters. We live on-site with our friendly dog Darcy, our cat Vivienne, and a flock of cheeky chickens — and we hope you feel right at home in our little slice of paradise! Hosting is something we truly love. With backgrounds in hospitality and a shared passion for travel, we’ve explored the world in search of places that combine natural beauty, vibrant culture, and unforgettable food and wine. When we discovered this special corner of the Kina Peninsula, it was love at first sight.
