Set in its own elevated landscape this home has stunning views is all directions, include out over to beautiful Clarks Beach. It is close enough to Auckland (30 minutes drive) to enjoy all the town has to offer, yet just far enough out of town to ensure you have total peace and privacy during your stay. All 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the upstairs are vacant so its for your private use. You have a private heated swimming pool (Heated to 28 Degrees)
