Goldensands house is elevated from the road overseeing the ocean and garden views. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and garage parking available. You have the entire house to yourselves. There are 2 x steps from the kitchen to the living room which leads to the outdoor deck area, through double ranchsliders. You will view the surf from the deck and along 90 mile beach to the famous Shipwreck Bay surf spot. Sunsets are beautiful summer and winter. Master bedroom has an ensuite, the living room is an open space with two couches and the kitchen is modern. There are seaviews from the kitchen, living and 2 x bedrooms . The Patio area has a BBQ, and is cool in mid summer. We have a small citrus area with mandarins, a lemon tree and a few herbs you are welcome to use whatever is in season at the time. The kitchen is modern with all cooking facilities, cookware and microwave. Decor is comfortable, casual and relaxed with plenty of cushions and outdoor furniture including bean bags. The house is cosy in the winter with the log fire. Heaters and fans and electric blankets are provided. The local Korora Park is a 2 minute walk and ideal for children offering fun climbing, swings, basketball net and a skateboard ramp. You can walk to the Ahipara Superette, Cafe, Bids Takeaways and liquor store. The beach is a 5 minute easy walk in front of the house across a shallow river and onto 90 mile surf beach. The Golf course is walking distance. Linen and towels are provided but best to take your own beach towels. You can drive onto the beach from KAKA Street only 4-5 minute drive.

A two minute walk to the Korora Park with fun facilities for the children including a track for bikes,roller blade and the street is blocked off at one end so no through traffic. A great safety for the children playing. The park has toilets and a BBQ and table area with sun shade.
