Sunny, modern and spacious private guest suite, a stone’s throw away from St Clair beach. Five minutes walk you'll find a fish and chip shop and local grocer. Located at the rear of the property, the quiet private double room includes a comfy queen bed, ensuite, and wardrobe, alongside French doors that open to an outdoor deck area. The house is double glazed with beautiful afternoon sun, so very warm and cosy. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a waterfall shower head and other modern amenities. Linen, towels etc. will be provided. Our home wouldn’t be complete with-out our charming four legged friend-Chai (a cavoodle). Chai has her own area, however she may poke her nose through the gate to say hello. City centre is a 10 minute drive away. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and runs regularly during the day. You can get to the city centre within 20 minutes. Local coffee shop is 2 mins walk, serving up delicious pastries and pies (open weekdays). Surfing lessons are available via Esplanade Surf School in St Clair.

Less than a 10 min walk is St Clair Beach Esplanade where you will find a range of delicious cafes and restaurants, gorgeous homeware stores and the salt water pool.
