We love to make the most of the beautiful Marlborough Sounds that we're lucky enough to have right on our doorstep. When we get time we like nothing better than to head out on our boat.

If exceptional views are a must, look no further than these stunning apartments. Each apartment boasts outstanding views of the marina and the renowned Marlborough Sounds . You can also soak in the view from your own large, private balcony. You won’t want to leave the apartment, and with a modern and fully functional kitchen you won’t have to! Wake up, in a super comfortable king or queen bed, with the Sounds to greet you and enjoy a less than one minute stroll to a fantastic array of coffee shops and dining options.

Neighborhood info

Located right in the centre of Picton, all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are super close. As is the waterfront, the starting point for all water-based activities.
