The perfect place to relax & enjoy stunning views with a BBQ & dining table on the deck. A 12-minute walk to town to enjoy the restaurants & cafes Picton has to offer, or stroll to the jetty & grab a water taxi to the beautiful Marlborough sounds, whether it's fishing or relaxing at one of the stunning resorts, the Marlborough sounds has something for everyone. Or just a 20-minute drive to Blenheim so you can tantalize your taste buds with an array of wineries. Happy to negotiate long term. Master bedroom with queen size bed & 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed upstairs, downstairs a queen size bed in the bedroom, with separate lounge with a single bed & a pull out couch that pulls out to a double bed, own separate bathroom. Portacot also available. Large kitchen island and dining room table with a beautiful view out to the harbor. Gas BBQ and picnic table outside. Room to park a boat as well as 2 vehicles. Other things to note Please note we have a security camera positioned on the balcony, this only faces the driveway and not inside the house.
