Havelock Homestead is a beautifully restored heritage home just a few minutes’ walk from Havelock North village. The main residence features five spacious bedrooms, full living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor space perfect for entertaining or relaxing. An adjoining two-bedroom annex is also available, which can be booked together with the main house (for a total of seven bedrooms) or separately. The annex includes a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds. Please note, the annex does not share access to the outdoor area — this space is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the larger homestead.

I’m Nicki, and I live nearby with my husband Greg and am always available should you need assistance. We’re passionate about sharing the very best of Hawke’s Bay and are happy to provide recommendations for wineries, restaurants, and local experiences. At the same time, we want you to feel at home and enjoy the privacy and comfort that the Homestead provides. We look forward to hosting you at Havelock Homestead.

Located in the heart of wine country, 305 in the Vines is just minutes away from some of Hawke’s Bay’s best-known vineyards, including Craggy Range and Black Barn. The vibrant village of Havelock North is close by, offering exceptional eateries, boutique shopping, and a warm community atmosphere. Ocean and Waimarama beaches are just a 20/30 minute drive.
