I have a modern single level Bed and Breakfast with 4 rooms. The en-suited rooms are fully airconditioned with heating and cooling and also include SKY TV. These rooms have their own entrances and small garden area. All bedrooms all have high quality queen sized beds with modern linen. I aim to provide you with a high standard experience in the "Bed and Breakfast" type of accommodation. The continental breakfast includes: fruit, cereal, whole grain type breads, fruit juice, fresh coffee, yoghurt and a range of spreads. There is an undercover heated outdoor patio area. A guest kitchenette with a microwave and fridge and guest lounge is also available for exclusive guest use. The internet connection is reliable and fast. The property backs on to a reserve and is up a right of way so is very quiet and private. This property is the perfect place for individuals, business travellers, couples or groups of friends who are after quiet modern private accommodation without children.

I am a professional with experience in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.

The Te Henui river runs adjacent to the property and as such is a two minute walk from the property. A walkway along the Te Henui takes you into the city centre and the coastal walkway. Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands is 1.8 kilometres away. There are spectacular mountain views from Heta Road.
