Modern warm property with amazing uninterrupted views over the ocean. Choice of queen bed or two singles, your reservation can sleep up to four guests in either or both rooms. Private bathroom next to the bedrooms The bedrooms and bathroom plus separate toilet are located in a separate wing of our home. You have your own guest lounge with TV (including Netflix) and gas fire for cooler evenings. The main dining table will be set for your continental breakfast. Peace and Quiet is a given at this sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Check in times may be varied if possible upon request.

We have been hosting B&B guests for over 10 years (previously in the North Island) and love the interaction with them and providing helpful information about the area and all of NZ.

Located about a 10min drive to the city centre, but still far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to St Clair beach with several cafes and dining options. St Clair Golf course is 2 mins away St Clair heated salt water swimming pool a few mins drive away. If we are all lucky the famous "Southern Lights" may put on a show (no guarantees)
