The property is located down a rural gravel lane with views to the North of the Clevedon Valley towards the Auckland City Skyline. Surrounded by native bush with a large lawn to lounge on allows time for relaxing and recharging. The property consists of a open plan lounge with dining table, TV and a kitchenette. A seperate bedroom with Queen Bed has the adjoining ensuite bedroom. The owners reside on site but due to the elevation of the property you will have your own driveway access and private area.

Clevedon is a sought-after rural township just 40 minutes from Auckland’s CBD. The area is home to the Clevedon Farmers’ Market held at the Clevedon Showgrounds each Sunday, along with local favourites like Hallertau Clevedon, Farmhouse Café and Vin Alto Restaurant. The John Hill vineyard is located close by, as are recreational offerings like horse trekking at Ness Valley and hiking in the Hunua Ranges.
