Our property comprises a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom main house plus a separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden flat / sleepout. Centrally located in a quiet, leafy suburb, less than 10 minutes drive to everything Rotorua has to offer. Enjoy the perfect break away at our relaxing, family friendly property. The property has been recently renovated in 2025 and is tastefully decorated to reflect the local environment and Māori culture to provide a warm, relaxing home base for you to explore the region. With a huge fully fenced back garden, trampoline and table tennis available, the kids will be well entertained while you are barbecuing on the sunny deck or cozying up around the fireplace.
Kia ora! We're a mum and dad with two young boys who love to explore new places and have fun as a family. We live in Auckland but love it here in Rotorua and try to get down as often as we can for the amazing mountain biking, lakes, geothermal landscape and gorgeous scenery. We hope you have a great stay and feel as comfortable here as we do!
