Hilltop Getaway is ideal for small families, couples or friends who are looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to all the amenity & entertainment offered by our beautiful central city! **NOTES: Spa pool - Children must be supervised in the spa at all times. The spa pool cannot be used aftert 10pm & the lid must be relocked between each use. Car parking - The garage is not available for guest use. There is space on the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no off-street parking within proximity of the home. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
