We are just 12 minutes from Motueka Township. Our house provides private access to your wing of the house giving you the use of two bedrooms (one with Ensuite) and another private bathroom. There is a small seating area outside the bedrooms and you have access to tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery etc. There is also a BBQ outside so you can enjoy our garden and views. We are located approximately 600m from the main road so very quiet and private with views of the mountains and countryside. The house is set on 27 acres primarily set up for the grazing and care of horses. We are bordered by Apple Orchards and have lane ways available to walk around the property and view the horses.
We are a quiet couple who like to be in the countryside and spending time on walks, going out for coffee, a relaxed drink in the evening at times and visiting our children and granddaughter.
16km from Kaiteriteri Beach. 14km from Mapua. 25km from Richmond. 23km from the Abel Tasman National Park. 46km from Kahurangi National Park. Considered rural, however central to the Tasman sights and sounds. Roughly 10 minutes from the Motueka township, only a short drive (a few minutes) from the Motueka River which is renowned for its trout fishing and swimming spots.
